AUDITION NOTICE

Theatre Georgian Bay (TGB) is delighted to invite Simcoe and Grey/Bruce County actors to audition for our summer 2025 production of Shakespeare’s compelling story of tragedy, romance, and magic - The Winter’s Tale.  We are excited to meet local actors who are interested in our company!

For this production, we are seeking actors to fill two types of roles:

1. Large roles (or tracks of two or more roles), which require experienced actors.  Actors playing these larger roles will be paid via a revenue-share system.

2. Smaller Roles to participate in the ensemble.  These roles are volunteer and can provide a learning opportunity for community actors to work in a professional setting (while having a heck of a lotta fun!)

Larger roles to be cast:

Leontes - King of Sicillia - male, 30s to 60s
Polixenes - King of Bohemia - male, 30s to 60s
Shepherd - 40s to 70s
